According to a recent report by DoubleClick, AOL has broadened its view of SPAM to include senders that do not honor bounce messages. A bounce message can occur when you send to an address that is no longer valid (hard bounce), mailbox is full, has a vacation/auto reply, or is blocked.
If you repeatedly email addresses that are bouncing, mail administrators may view your messages as SPAM - and you may face legal problems.
